Administration Manager
Lauren joined the firm in 2014 starting her career in administration as our receptionist.
She quickly proved herself to be extremely efficient with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and software packages that were evolving in our industry.
Lauren has been the strategist of many projects, developing processes and leading their implementation. This has been particularly evident during the firm’s transition to electronic communication.
She is also responsible for training new team members and ensuring the day-to-day firm’s front of house operates smoothly and efficiently.
We have seen Lauren develop and grow in confidence as a relatively new mother and are pleased she is keen and able to now lead our administration team.
